APPLICATION PROCESS
Our selection process is designed to assist both yourself and the recruitment team to decide if we are the best fit together
Application
The Recruitment team along with an AI-powered ATS technology, screen and shortlist the applications received.
Final Interview
Successful candidates from the interviews and assessment will have a final interview with HR Director.
Initial Interview
Shortlisted candidates are interviewed initially by the Recruitment team over the phone followed by a structured interview with the concerned Department Head.
Decision
The decision to hire depends on the outcomes of the interviews and assessment.
Assessment
Candidates will undergo further assessment according to the role requirement, and are evaluated.
Offer & Onboarding
On successful completion of selection process, candidate is given a formal offer which will lead to onboarding on acceptance.
